I'm in Texas and I Want to Visit Your Church!
Hello all,
I'm home on what Global Ministries calls "itineration", a time when missionaries connect with churches in the US. It's a time when we get to share our stories about what God is doing within and among us in my mission field. And boy, do I have some stories to tell!
Due to the Corona Virus, like you, we have had to make some adjustments to how we do things. But we're making it work! Here's what we've worked out so far that I can do:
A live zoom presentation to your church, Sunday School, pastor's meeting, or small group. I've done several of these already and they work great!
A live sermon recorded during your planned worship service.
A recorded sermon that can be included in worship.
A plan that we come up with together that fits your church or group.
My missionary experiences have only confirmed that my gift and call are to teach and preach. I'd love to use that gift to tell the story of how the UMC in Sierra Leone is facing challenges to transform lives in Jesus' name.
Since much of these visits are online, I can "visit" anywhere there's internet.
